If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the website and you must discontinue the use immediately.
User Registration
You may be required to register with the website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Products
All prices include Goods & Services Tax (8%). Senze Instruments Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change prices without prior notice at any time.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colour, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Payments
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.
All our online transactions are processed via Credit Card or PayNow.
Delivery Terms
The delivery terms clause of the eCommerce Terms and Conditions is also often referred to as the “Shipping Policy” and includes the basic shipping/delivery policy for our online store. A delivery charge of S$30 will be charged on all orders with a total value less than S$300. Self-collection is available during operating hours. Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Please call us for further information. We shall make every effort to fulfil orders placed by customers through our online store. Senze Instruments Pte Ltd shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfil an order for whatever reason, or if Senze Instruments Pte Ltd is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable.
All delivery dates are estimate only and Senze Instruments Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 working days’ notice in advance of the original delivery date. If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Liability & Return Policy
Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to Senze Instruments Pte Ltd, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, Senze Instruments Pte Ltd will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.
Products return/exchange to be made within 7 days. Refund and/or exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging intact.

By using this website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Term of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you whether personally or on behalf of an entity.
